How do I know the items are authentic?
Each item comes in an original box or dust bag and also comes with its own authenticity card, where applicable. The items are from our travels overseas as well as our buyers based overseas who purchased these items from reputable resellers at less than the manufacturer’s recommended retail price. This, in turn, permits us to pass the savings on to our customers.
We are not the authorised dealer or representative agent of the designer brands of the products we are offering on this website. We carry a range of brand new as well as pre-loved items in our store. Items that are pre-loved are all in mint condition, either hardly used or never used.
As all our goods are guaranteed authentic, we have established the “No return, no Exchange policy” for all our goods sold in this shop. This is to safeguard our customers’ interest in case non- genuine goods are returned for exchanges.
